Calling Oprah

Todd and I are going to Chicago in a few weeks (he has a business conference for PRSA) and I am trying to get Oprah tickets. The only way to make a reservation is by phone, and the line is only open for a few hours once or twice a month. I've been redialing for hours already and I am ready to give up. So if you've tried to call me and the line has been busy, this is why!
