I know, I've skipped Flashback Friday for several weeks now, but I'm baaack!!
This photo hails from May 2004, when Todd was living in New York City and I was living in Condo Row in Provo. Judging by my tan, I think I had recently returned from vacation with my family in Hawaii. It was actually quite the month for me:
1.I went to NYC to visit Todd, he proposed atop the Empire State Building (a total surprise and the best one ever! If you don't know the story, you're missing out)
2. I almost missed my return flight
3. As soon as I got to Utah I hopped in my car and drove to Canada
4. On my way I crashed my beloved Honda Accord, in middle-of-nowhere Montana. It was 100 percent not my fault (another chick crashed before me and was blocking the entire road; my options were to hit her car or fly off the bridge into the road) but very scary because it was raining and I had a friend and her two babies with me!
5. My dad drove down and helped us make it to Calgary.
6. I arrived at 3 a.m. and our family flew to Hawaii at 6 a.m.
Craziness, eh? Aside from the total nightmare of crashing the car, it was a very fun month. Looking at this picture, I miss my blonde hair. And pre-baby body. Whopps, did I just type that? Oh well. Also pictured: my dear friend Megan German (nee Cramer) and Zack whose-last-name-I-can't-remember.
I'm off to bleach my hair.

Nat it looks like Chicago was super fun. And i too miss my pre baby body....oh well i just hope it's all worth it.
